Java Island

Been on this trip with my friend, Ahmad Wajdi Md Yusup for 2 weeks. We make a round trip along the Java Island. For me, this is my most adventurous trip. Hot weather, dirty places and people who always want to cheat us along the way. Above all, we SURVIVED! The best part is we only spent around AUD 700 for the whole 2 weeks, and we stayed in hotels , not hostels for our whole trip. Below are the list of places that we had visited during the trip:

Christmas Fireworks (Carols by the Trees)

The fireworks display is in conjunction with the Christmas celebration in Sydney, Australia. The venue for this event is the famous Darling Harbour. Sculptures by the Sea 2010

The 14th annual Sculpture by the Sea will take place along the Bondi to Tamarama coastal walk to welcome in the summer. It transforms the area by the Pacific Ocean with over 100 sculptures by artists from across the world.

ALONE TRIP

I was alone in Amsterdam and London as my friends were busy with their graduation. I took a free walking tour in both cities. It was quite interesting. I know a lot about those cities in 3 hours!

I like Amsterdam! or may I refer it as the 'Sin City'. Marijuana were everywhere. During the free walking tour, I was told that Marijuana is not even legal in Amsterdam. The authorities there focussed more on hard drugs, such as cocaine. Shops selling the weeds cannot promote that they sell it. So, all shops that selling marijuana is called coffeshop. The next best thing, The Red Light District. You know what I mean.
